Product Warranty
Agencourt is committed to providing quality products. Agencourt guarantees the performance of all products in the manner described in our product literature. The purchaser must determine the suitability of the product for their particular use. We reserve the right to change, alter, or modify any product to enhance its performance and design. The product warranty stated above is in lieu of any other warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise. Agencourt makes no other warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstance shall Agencourt be liable for any direct incidental, special, or consequential loss, damage, or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use of the product, even if Agencourt knew of the possibility of such loss, damage, or expense.

Payment Options, Terms and Conditions
Payments can be in the form of Purchase Orders or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). We are required to collect sales tax unless purchased by a tax exempt organization in which case a copy of your Tax Exemption Certificate is required for our records. Our payment terms are net 30 days after date of invoice. All terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping Policy
All shipments are sent from Beverly, MA. Agencourt will prepay shipping charges and add them to the customer invoice. Most orders are shipped via Federal Express. Other common carriers can be used upon request. In most cases, if orders are received by 3PM EST, it will be shipped the same day.

Incomplete or Damaged Shipping
If a shipment is incomplete or damaged (partial delivery excluded), please retain all shipping documents, containers, and packing materials, and notify Agencourt within five business days of receipt. Once a shipment has been released to the carrier, the purchaser becomes the owner of the goods and is responsible for claiming any damage.

Product Returns
Returns can not be accepted without prior authorization from Agencourt. If appropriate, a return authorization (RA) number will be issued. Products ordered, shipped, or billed in error can be returned for exchange or credit. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all products returned due to buyer error.

Please be prepared to provide the following information when returning goods:

  • Purchase order number
  • Agencourt order reference number
  • Catalog number and description of product
  • Reason for return
