Our pipeline encompasses all phases of a complete sequencing effort, from library construction through genome assembly and annotation in a GLP compliant environment. Agencourt's production floor includes state-of-the-art robotic liquid handling systems, colony pickers, thermocyclers and over 40 ABI 3700 and 3730xl sequencers.
