Agencourt's Galaxy LIMS is a state-of-the-art Oracle-based Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Our Galaxy LIMS tracks everything in real time all the time. From the moment your samples hit our loading dock to the time we ship you data our platform tracks sample performance, well-to-well genealogy, instrument calibration, instrument performance, reagent quality, and assay data. This proactive quality control system has proven to increase sequence quality, while decreasing sample turnaround times.

Quality Control
Our Galaxy LIMS continually monitors sample genealogy and quality parameters. In tandem, custom bioinformatic software tools perform real time assessment of pipeline success rates, quality scores, overall signal strengths and read lengths to maintain optimum performance and maximize sequence quality. These proactive quality assessment systems ensure accurate sample tracking and data quality, allowing our customers confidence in the integrity of their sequence data.

Pipeline performance is monitored on both a per capillary and per instrument basis. Figure 1A shows average fluorescence signal, pass rate, Phred20 and read length per capillary over a 9 day period. Figure 1B shows average quality parameters of all capillaries for a single instrument across the same period.

Sequencing quality is tracked in real time and can be viewed on both a per plate (A) and per well (B) basis. Assessed parameters include pass rates, Phred20 read lengths and fluorescence signal strengths.

Sample Tracking
Agencourt is passionate about sample and data security. Our Galaxy LIMS continually monitors sample genealogy on a well-by-well basis from the time of sample submission. These measures afford our customers complete confidence in the integrity of their results.
