Agencourt offers quick turnaround DNA sequencing of individual research samples, including PCR1 amplicons, low copy plasmids, and high copy plasmids. The QuickLane DNA sequencing service is powered by Agencourt's GLP-compliant, high performance DNA sequencing pipeline, which processes over 20 million Phred20 bases per day. The power of this pipeline is now available to researchers with single samples. The key benefits of Agencourt's QuickLane DNA sequencing service are:

Find out more information about what makes Agencourt's DNA sequencing pipeline unique. Fast, Reliable Sequencing Sample Tracking & Quality Assessment
Agencourt has the most sophisticated LIMS system in the industry. Quality control is monitored and managed at all levels of our genomic pipeline. Our state-of-the-art Oracle-based LIMS tracks sample performance, well-to-well genealogy, instrument calibration, instrument performance, reagent quality, and assay data from the moment your samples enter Agencourt to the time we ship your data.

High Quality Sequence Data
Whether you are sequencing a single plate or a single sample, the power of Agencourt's proven genomics pipeline, SPRI® technology technology and Galaxy LIMS produce the highest quality sequence data available. Our DNA sequencing pipeline pass rates routinely exceed 85%. Long read lengths are generated using our ABI 3730xl sequencers. The NHGRI recently acknowledged Agencourt's dedication to quality and security by appointing us as the only commercial Large-Scale Sequencing Center responsible for sequencing genomes of high biomedical importance.
Samples
Samples for quick turnaround sequencing must be submitted in 2D Bar Coded Tubes or 96-well microtiter plates. DNA and primers can be submitted pre-mixed or independently.
Agencourt provides the following universal primers free:
