Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Agencourt collects when you read the site or contact us, why we collect it and what choices you have. Agencourt is a law blog at www.agencourt.com. It publishes general information, not legal advice.

Information you send us

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message. We use them only to read and answer your message. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list. Please do not send confidential details about a legal matter through the form: we are not a law firm and cannot act for you.

Spam protection

The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that a person, not an automated program, is sending the message. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and sends it to Google. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Visitor statistics and security

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which protects it against attacks and abuse. To do that, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details, and it may set a short-lived security cookie. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure page speed. Cloudflare states that it does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. Our hosting server keeps standard access logs for security and fault-finding.

Cookies

Agencourt does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies that may be set are security cookies from Cloudflare and the cookies Google reCAPTCHA needs to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the articles will still work, but the contact form may not.

Links to other websites

Articles link to other websites, including law firms and official sources, and posts include share links to social networks. Those websites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

How long we keep information

We keep contact form messages only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and then delete them. Server logs are kept for a short period and then removed automatically.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact form and we will reply.

Changes to this policy

If the way the site handles information changes, we will update this page. Last updated: 23 October 2026.
